Change of mind

At DMENR, we want you to love your jewellery! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your jewellery to notify us that you wish to return it.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.

How to Return:

If you’re exchanging for an item of higher value, we’ll send a payment link for the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re here to help!
 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the date you receive your jewellery to notify us that you wish to return it.

Faulty Items:

No return needed if the item is faulty, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

  2. Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

All returns will be processed within 14 days, with shipping times thereafter depending on the destination country.

12-MONTH WARRANTY

We offer a 12-month warranty on all items against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse

To claim under the warranty, to claim fill in the form below or email us at contact@dmenr.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the defect. We’ll assist with a free replacement or a repair.
