Can I wear your jewellery in water?
Yes all items are water-resistant.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth.
- Avoid wearing to bed, as there is risk of harm and damage
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently - but we will be soon so keep an eye out.
What is your return policy?
At DMENR, we want you to love your jewellery! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging intact.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your jewellery to notify us that you wish to return it.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what should I do?
No return needed if the item is faulty, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
- To report a fault, email us at contact@dmenr.co.uk with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
- Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund, repair, or replacement.
